The way she knew exactly what to say to get to me! She saw things that I am not sure I even really knew, just wow. And that comforting way she changed her tone, it actually made me take a step closer to her without realizing it. I had no idea why, but I wanted to be pulled in, needed to.

So many things swirled through my mind. I didn’t really know for sure that she had been flirting, well, not until she whispered in my ear and nearly made me come right there in the middle of the library. She actually liked my shyness. My body responded, every inch of me wanted to be hers. In that moment, I wanted her to, I don’t know, claim me, take me.

Still, I wasn’t sure if I would really go through with meeting her that evening, but I knew I wanted to impress her. First things, getting paperwork done and sorted. Then I could decide if I wanted to go report my progress and ask forgiveness or… Or what?

What are you going to do, Oliver? Start another relationship that ends before the semester does? Right, so I had my trepidations and swarms of anxieties buzzing around my brain. I knew one thing for sure, I didn’t want to not see her again. That was telling. Little did I know how drawn to this woman I’d become, how I’d soon ache for her. Ache indeed, in a myriad of ways.

The second step, of course, was showing up on time for our meeting.
